Our underground test centre enables reliable and reproducible measurements for research, product development, qualification and acceptance testing in accordance with international standards. We combine decades of experience in ammunition development with precise measurement technology and practical testing methods.

Our services

Accuracy Testing

Accuracy measurements for different ammunition types and applications, indoors up to 300 m and outdoors up to 1,600 m, including electronic and physical target evaluation.

Velocity Measurement

Precise projectile velocity measurement at different distances up to 300 m. Individual shots can be reliably recorded and evaluated at multiple measuring points.

Pressure Measurement

Professional pressure measurements in accordance with established testing procedures and standards, including C.I.P., NATO M-CMOPI, Technical Guidelines, Swiss military standards and EPVAT.

Function Testing

Function and rate-of-fire testing under controlled conditions, using mounted weapons, optional remote triggering or practical shoulder-fired testing.

Terminal Ballistics

Evaluation of terminal effects on different target media such as ballistic soap, glass, steel, armour plates and customer-specific target materials.

Environmental Testing

Temperature conditioning and environmental simulation using calibrated climatic chambers within a range of
-54 °C to +71 °C.

300 m Precision Tunnel

Accuracy and velocity measurements for rifle ammunition at distances of up to 300 m.

300 m Infantry Tunnel

Qualification testing and accuracy measurements for infantry ammunition under reproducible conditions.

50 m Ballistics Laboratory

Pressure and velocity measurements using certified EPVAT equipment and modern ballistic measurement technology.

20 m Function Tunnel

Weapon function testing, rate-of-fire measurements and operational tests such as breech face measurements, trigger pull measurements, temperature measurements and high-speed recordings.
